Requirements & Documents

A few items get verified before the keys change hands — routine for any exotic rental, and required by the coverage you bring to the table. All of it is uploaded during checkout and typically cleared within minutes.

Driver’s License: A valid, government-issued license. Minimum age is 18. Visitors from abroad should carry an International Driving Permit together with their home-country license.

Your Own Insurance: BluStreet is not an insurer. You’ll need full-coverage (comprehensive and collision) auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles valued at $200,000 or more. Ring your carrier before booking to confirm they’ll cover exotic and luxury vehicles — one phone call now beats a problem at delivery.

Rental Agreement: Signed before pickup. We go through it with you at handoff and answer anything on the spot.

Security Deposit — Straight Talk

A refundable security deposit is placed on hold against your credit card at delivery. How much depends on the vehicle class and generally falls between $2,000 and $10,000. It’s a hold, not a charge — no interest, no service fee attached. Return the car undamaged and violation-free and the hold is released within 5 to 7 business days. After we send the release, how quickly it disappears from your statement is up to your bank.

Delivery, Pickup & Where You Can Drive

Complimentary white-glove delivery covers every address inside our primary zone: Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, and the rest of northern New Jersey — with straightforward crossovers into Manhattan for clients heading across the river. Hotels, residences, offices, airports (Newark Liberty, Teterboro, JFK), and private venues are all fair game.

Addresses outside the primary zone can still be served for a flat-rate delivery fee quoted at checkout. Vehicles must stay within the tri-state area (New Jersey, New York, Connecticut) unless you request and receive written approval beforehand. Track days, off-road use, and reckless driving are not permitted and will end the rental immediately.

Cancellation & Changes

Plans shift — we get it. Cancel more than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled pickup and the rental is refunded in full. Inside 24–48 hours, a 50% fee equal to one day’s rate applies.
