Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, making a reservation, or renting a vehicle from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Renter”) and BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey (the “Company”). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Eligibility

To rent an exotic vehicle from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey, you must meet the following requirements: you must be at least 25 years of age at the time of rental; you must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license that has been held for a minimum of two years; you must provide proof of full-coverage automobile insurance that extends to rental vehicles, with minimum liability coverage of $300,000; you must provide a valid credit card in your name for the security deposit; and you must pass our identity and background verification process. BluStreet reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements or who we determine, at our sole discretion, poses an unacceptable risk.

Booking and Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and must be confirmed with a valid payment method. A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability of your preferred vehicle. Reservation details including pickup date, return date, pickup location, and selected vehicle must be accurate at the time of booking. Any changes to your reservation must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website and quoted by our team are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Rental rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis, and late returns may incur additional daily charges. Payment is due in full at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additional fees may apply for extras such as delivery, additional drivers, GPS devices, or child seats. Sales tax and any applicable fees will be added to the quoted rental rate. BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey is not responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges.

Security Deposit

A security deposit ranging from $2,500 to $10,000 is required for all rentals, depending on the vehicle selected. The deposit is placed as a hold on your credit card at the time of pickup and is fully refundable upon the safe and timely return of the vehicle in its original condition. The security deposit may be used to cover any damages to the vehicle, excessive cleaning fees, traffic violations, toll charges, late return fees, fuel replacement costs, or any other charges incurred during the rental period. The deposit hold will be released within 7 to 14 business days after the vehicle is returned and inspected, subject to your bank’s processing times.

Vehicle Use and Restrictions

All vehicles rented from BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey must be operated in accordance with the following restrictions: no racing, speed contests, or reckless driving of any kind; no sub-letting, re-renting, or lending the vehicle to any third party; no smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products inside the vehicle; no transporting of pets or animals without prior written approval; no use of the vehicle for any illegal purpose or activity; no driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance; no towing or pushing of any other vehicle or trailer; no driving off paved, maintained roads; and no modifications or alterations to the vehicle in any way. Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Violation of any of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of the security deposit, and you may be held liable for any additional damages or costs.

Insurance Requirements

All renters must provide proof of valid, full-coverage automobile insurance that extends coverage to rental vehicles prior to taking possession of the vehicle. Your insurance policy must include comprehensive and collision coverage with a maximum deductible of $5,000, liability coverage of at least $300,000, and coverage that explicitly extends to exotic and luxury rental vehicles. BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey may offer supplemental insurance options at an additional cost. The renter’s personal insurance is considered primary coverage, and any supplemental insurance provided by BluStreet is secondary. It is your responsibility to verify with your insurance provider that your policy covers exotic rental vehicles before your rental period begins.

Damage and Liability

The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle from the time of pickup until the time of return. Any damage to the vehicle, regardless of fault, is the renter’s responsibility. This includes but is not limited to body damage, interior damage, mechanical damage caused by misuse, tire and wheel damage, and windshield or glass damage. In the event of an accident, the renter must immediately contact local law enforcement and BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey. A police report must be filed for any incident involving damage to the vehicle. The renter agrees to cooperate fully with any investigation. If the vehicle is rendered undrivable due to the renter’s negligence or misuse, the renter will be responsible for towing costs, repair costs, and loss-of-use charges for the duration of repairs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund of any prepaid rental charges. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Mileage Policy

Each rental includes 150 miles per day of complimentary mileage. Additional miles beyond the daily allotment will be charged at a per-mile rate that varies by vehicle, as specified in your rental agreement. Mileage is calculated based on the vehicle’s odometer reading at pickup and return. For multi-day rentals, mileage allowances are cumulative for the total rental period. Unlimited mileage packages may be available for select vehicles and rental durations at an additional cost. Please inquire at the time of booking for mileage package options and pricing.

Delivery and Pickup

BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey offers vehicle delivery and pickup services throughout Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, and the greater New Jersey area. Delivery and pickup fees vary based on location and distance and will be quoted at the time of booking. The renter must be present with valid identification and all required documentation at the time of delivery. A thorough vehicle inspection will be conducted at both delivery and return, with any pre-existing conditions documented on the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible location for vehicle delivery and pickup. Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to traffic and weather conditions.

Prohibited Activities

In addition to the vehicle use restrictions outlined above, the following activities are strictly prohibited: using the vehicle for hire, including ride-sharing or commercial transportation services; taking the vehicle outside of the agreed-upon geographic area without prior written consent; allowing any unlicensed, unauthorized, or impaired person to operate the vehicle; using the vehicle to transport hazardous materials; participating in any motorsport event, track day, or organized driving event; using the vehicle for film, television, or commercial production without prior written agreement; and any activity that voids the vehicle’s insurance coverage. BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey reserves the right to remotely disable and recover any vehicle being used in violation of these terms.

Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the renter’s use of the vehicle, violation of these Terms and Conditions, violation of any applicable law or regulation, negligence or willful misconduct, or any claim by a third party related to the renter’s use of the vehicle. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of the rental agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BluStreet Exotic Car Rentals New Jersey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your rental, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, personal injury (except where caused by our gross negligence), or any other intangible losses. Our total liability for any claim arising from a rental shall not exceed the total amount paid by the renter for that specific rental. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your rental shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
